Our policies:
-
There are several ways that you may contact us to schedule an appointment. You may call us directly at 305-575-2505 or you may email a request to us at info@zenrisepsychology.com. Please allow 24 hours for a reply.
Since e-mail transmissions may not be completely secure, please understand that this form of communication may decrease the degree of confidentiality that we can maintain.
-
There is no fee for appointments cancelled with 24-hour notice. For any appointment that is cancelled without 24-hour notice, a $75.00 cancellation fee will apply. Any courtesies or exceptions are to the provider’s discretion. Please understand that we are not able to bill insurance companies for missed or cancelled appointments. Furthermore, any time less than 24 hours is not enough time to be able to offer that appointment to another patient in need.

Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save the copy of your Good Faith Estimate that is provided to you.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
MAKE THE DECISION TO FOCUS ON YOU.
Please reach out to us for an appointment.
We look forward to hearing from you!
